Abstract:Mieturition syncope is an abrupt transient loss of consciousness during or after micturition arid commonly encounted in males. All of these four cases raported were males. Syncopes occured just before, or during, or right after the micturition. The mechanism of this was explained to be associated with erect postural hypotension or related to Valsalva's maneuver. But none of these four cases could be explained by any unitary cause, It seems probably that they were due to intricate causes, The patients with this stigma usually have agood prognosis. There is no particular treatment needed but pay more attention to a proper balance between work and rest.
