Abstract:The quality of host-guest interaction in the homestay inn has greatly affected the tourists' experience and the development of the homestay inn industry. Using network texts as raw data the dimension of host-guest interaction of object interaction, behavior interaction, information interaction and emotional interaction are constructed. Through independent sample t-test and one-way analysis, tourists' perceptions of the importance of host-guest interaction ways and their differences are explored. This paper draws the following conclusions. Tourists have a higher awareness of the importance of interactive ways, and the most important interactive way is information interaction. Female tourists pay more attention to information interaction, and young tourists pay more attention to object interaction and emotional interaction, while older tourists and high-income tourists pay more attention to behavior interaction. Tourists who travel alone, with friends, with family, or in groups pay more attention to behavior interaction than those who travel in other ways, such as travel on business and travel as a couple. Finally, some suggestions are made for the owner of the hotel to optimize the host-guest interaction.
