Abstract:The coupling coordination degree model is used to measure the coupling and coordinated development level of high-tech industry and innovation environment in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2009 to 2018. On this basis, spatial exploratory analysis and spatial panel model are used to analyze the dynamic factors of the coupling and coordinated development of the two. It is found that there is imbalance and mismatch between the coupling and coordinated development of high-tech industry innovation development and innovation environment construction in different regions. The “Matthew effect” is obvious in the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt. The geographical location, economic basis and innovation basis have a greater impact on the regional coupling and coordinated development, while the market allocation factors have a weak influence on both. Finally, it is concluded that the coordinated and rapid development of high-tech industry and innovation environment in the Yangtze River Economic Belt are able to be effectively promoted by improving the innovation environment, increasing the support for high-tech industries and enhancing the regional innovation synergy ability in the provinces and cities of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
