Abstract：Ensi basin is one of many small basins in the mountain are a of West Hubei. To product enough food in such a place which one people only has 0.985Ace. Cultivated land is the most important thing. The purpose of this artice is to establish a best cultivated and use model, which can promise both enough food and high economic effect, with linear planning method, for Ensi basin.
