Abstract：The establishment of the Xin An Jiang Reservoir made the water temperature, and the air temperature of the water valley higher by average. With the shifting of the beginning and ending of the frost season, nonefrost season is 25 days prolonged. Within the reservoir, water areage is enlarged, water depth deepened, water floating speed lessned and mud deposited. In recent years, soil erosion of the water valley made the deposition much more serious. Refine the develop ment of the unfavourable factors, develop the advantages of new surroundings and regulate the structure of our national econmy, and all these have great significance bothe in theory and in reality.
