Abstract：This article summarizes and expounds the scientific basis, methods and effect of curing college students of chronic diseases by applying sports prescriplion to the physical courses for health protection. On the aspects of both theory and practice it attests that sports prescription has a good effect by applying it to the physical courses for health protection.
