The Elaborating of the Doubts and Suspicions in Liu Chang-zong''''s Yinqie in Dongjin Dynasty
The Liu Chang-zong's Yinqie system, which can be found in those great works such as Jingdianshiwen, has some misleading and misunderstanding problems to be clarified in writhen letters. This essay mainly discusses this topic in four aspects: 1.Via the examples that been quoted, we can tell the truth and faults of the change of letters used in phonetic notation. 2.Via the comparison among correlative materials, we can affirm the author of some Yinqie. 3. Combining specific examples, we can distinguish the different pronunciations of a letter used in phonetic notation through three methods. 4.Considering both letters used in phonetic notation and letters been phonetic notated, we should distinguish Yinqie Bianli on the basis of researching the form, structure, pronunciation and meaning of letters that are associated with specific examples.

The Theoretical Point for the Comparison Between Literary Narrative and Historical Narrative
Scholars of the humanities regard the relations and differences between literature and history as a controversial issue for years. This paper tries to trace back the different concepts about literary narrative and historical narrative, and establishes a theoretical point for the comparison between them. It firstly analyzes the meanings of History and Historical Philosophy. On this basis, through a review of thoughts of different schools especially of the new-historicism, it discusses the similarities in narrative interests and fictitious methods of literature and history, and the differences in the narrative contents. It points out that the comprehensive relations of literature and history will take new methodology for the literary studies in the 21th century.

On the May-4th Diary Fiction: A Joint Study on the Feature of the Form and Discourse of "Atypical Fiction"
Atypical fiction", as opposed to traditional "typical fiction", is a literary genre that emphasizes on subjective expression of emotions rather than plot development; as in style, it asserts itself with vagueness and amalgamation/integration. The May-4th diary novel, as a typical form of atypical fiction, integrates privacy of diary and the public of fiction and constructs unique discourse form. It reconstructs the relationship between the individual and society, which is specifically illustrated by the dialogue between "self " and "the world": self's view of the world is a social representation of the individual, and the world's view of self is the individual representation of the social group. Therefore, it accomplishes a narration of social discourse on universality and publicity, in its depiction of subjective and secret individual emotions.

Time in Baker''''s Poetics of Afro-American Women''''s Writing
The present paper discusses the time in Baker's poetics of Afro-American women's writing, and argues that what he emphasizes is a kind of changing and aesthetic time. As a rhetorical and symbolic order, unlike lineal or physical time, it is latent in Afro-American women's writing, with some immanent changes to represent Afro-American women's self-making. Thus it enriches the aesthetic values and cultural implications of Afro-American women's writing.

Hegel''''s Misunderstanding and Wagner''''s Transfiguring on Nibelungenlied
This essay tried to observe firstly Hegel's criticizing on the epic Nibelungenlied and its hero Siegfried. It thought that, Hegel's disagreement with the epic may come from a contradictory between the works itself and Hegel's concept of the form of epics. Then it observed Wagner's comments on the same mythology in Der Ring des Nibelungen, which was certainly an extreme transfiguring of the same hero. It was evident that both Hegel and Wagner have distorted the original image of the hero. In the observation of the epic itself, this essay found out more complicated characteristics of the heroes: an outstanding but childish Siegfried and a humble but truly heroic Hagen. However, neither of them could be proper enough for the ideal German hero until Wagner transfigured Siegfried. What the essay suggests here was that Wagner may have conferred Hagen's character unconsciously into the ideal hero Siegfried, and, as a result, it contributed to the German youth an idol, who desired either the absolute realization of his own will, or the absolute destruction of everything. Wagner was strongly criticized by Nietzsche, which represented the self-criticism of the nation's conscience.

From Kant''''s "Critique of Reason" to Cassirer''''s "Cultural Exploration"
Kant's "critique of reason" is a question on reason, which was based on natural sciences, such as mathematics, physics etc, and it pursued the premise and condition of natural sciences, which led to the conclusion: understanding has built the world's order. This conclusion lacked the root for culture. Cassirer considers that, myths, language, art, religion, etc are all spiritual forms of human being, and that his cultural criticism, covering both natural sciences and social sciences, from the angle of the theory of function, broke through Kant's narrow starting point and managed to find out the criterion and foundation on which the whole culture were to be constructed, namely the cultural root.

Comments on Shanghai Bank Association and the Bank Construction of Legal Systems (1927- 1936)
During the period of Nanjing Kuomingtang Government, Shanghai Bank actively participated in the construction of bank legal systems, tried to take various measures and made representations to the government through different channels, hoping to be involved in the government formulation of relevant policies. In this way it protected the legitimate rights and interests of banks and provided basis for the formulation of government financial policies and measures. Due to the different standards and principles for the construction of legal systems, there still existed many conflicts and contradictions between Shanghai Bank Association and Government though there were communications and coordinations. These in a way restricted the development of the Chinese bank constructions of legal systems in the modern times.

General Analysis of Rural Governance
Using the model of "concentric zones", the paper, to begin with, presents a comparative review on rural governance in China in different times, arguing that varied styles of governance can be distinguished in terms of the "Second Layer" in the "State-Society" structure. Furthmore, employing the "Governance Flowchart", it analyzes the contemporary rural governance characterized by "Governance Cahoots". On the basis of "Rational Action Theory", an analysis framework of "Purpose-Action" is proposed to explain the cause of "Governance Cahoots". Finally, the theory of "Hierarchy-Corporation" is developed in a deductive way and used to explore some phenomena of rural governance in China.

Political Civilization:the Driving Power to Change the Government System
The system change is the way to analyze politics, economy and social development in western new-institutional economics. The government plays a very important role in changing the system. But due to the crises laid in the public administration, to change the system in government itself becomes compulsory. The socialist political civilization is the outer and inner motive power to solve the public administration crises in theory, and to propel the government system change. Besides, the outer motive power to propel the goernment system change includes: the leadership of the Party, the people's democracy and the governance of the state according to law. And the system construction, system designation and system arrangement are included in the inner motive power. Under the guidance of the socialist political civilization, in order to propel the government system change, measures should be taken in the following three aspects: government organization system, human resource system and behaviour system.

On the Mobilization of Political Movement--Taking Sanfan Movement As A Case
In modern China, political mobilization is a specific political concept. The launching of Sanfan Movement (The movement against the old "three evils" such as corruption, waste and bureaucracy, also known as the "Three Antis" or Sanfan Campaign) clearly displays the particular form of political mobilization in China, revealing the internal mechanism of Chinese politics. Scrutinizing the historical process of the launching, climax and end of Sanfan Movement, this paper exhibits the confliction between the superficial phenomena and substance of this campaign, the tension and combination between the policies and mass behaviors. Also, it depicts out for us how Sanfan Movement shaped some governance models, which perhaps belongs particularly to Chinese politics.

The Financial Dilemma of Village under the Interests Tension in the Reform of Tax and Fee--The Observation on T Township in the Middle of China
While it has relieved the burden of peasants, the reform of tax and fee has extruded the space of village financial interests, thus revealing the interests tension concealed in the traditional pattern of interests- interdependence between the township government and village power. This paper reveals the tension and the village finance dilemma involved by uneven game theory through the observation and analysis on T township in the middle of China, and further points out that the fundamental solution to the issue of peasants' burden is closely related to the reform in financial system from central government to local governments and the relations between all strata of village governance framework. In this view, the reform of tax and fee should be regarded as a part of the integral reform rather than a good solution to the issue of peasants' burden.

Election:A Constructive Process of A Village''''s Political Field--Paradigm of Strategy centralism
This paper makes a thick description of a village's election, and reveals that election epitomizes the political field. The process of election embraces competition of rules and usage of tactics. Rural elite enters into rivalry with each other and makes a kind of political method out of nations. This paper believes, emphasizing a village's nature more than a village's political research is a kind of restriction to the richness of a village's governance study. Among Nation-centralism, Constitutional-centralism and Strategy-centralism, the last one is selected, which is the reason for the introducing of field as a studying frame.

There are many differences between the city-states of Greece and city walls in Central Asia, such as, the geography environment, social system, survival idea and the trend of development etc. Open policy carried out by Greek city-states and close policy carried out by city walls in Central Asia are mainly influenced by their geographic environment. In political system, the city-states of Greece pursue democracy while the absolutism is popular in Central Asia; In the concept of survival, the city-states of Greece take radical measures, and the city walls in Central Asia stick to the old ways of farming, or play an intermediary trade role in trade. All the differences lead to different fortune, which both tave made a great contribution to human being.

The Humanistic Inspiration of Explanation on The Book of Songs of Han,Song,Ming Dynasties
From the following three angles: typical aim, typical text concept and typical method of explanation, this thesis compares and studies the explanation on The Book of Songs of the pre-Han Dynasty, the late Song Dynasty and the late Ming Dynasty. Based on the analysis, it thinks, under the influence of the theory of Confucianist, concern, research and improvement on living style and life significance are the motive and starting point of the explanation on The Book of Songs of every time. Lacking the concern, research and improvement on living style and life significance, it is impossible that the situation of new explanation on The Book of Songs appeared and sprung up, which are the humanistic inspirations of the explanation on The Book of Songs.
