Abstract：Directed by the viewpoint of system, employed GIS techniques and practical modeling method, using qualitative, quantitative and located analysis, the paper evaluates and zones the counties' agricultural investment environment in Hubei province based on both spatial and non-spatial effect factors. It analyzes the key and important factors the governments should consider when making agricultural investment decision, and gives brief appraisal on the orientation and priority of investment.
