Abstract：Aiming at the development of Shenzhen port water ‘shuttle bus' of container. First， we estimated the transportation costs， time， service level and their value of cost. Based on this， the economy of the Shenzhen Port's ‘shuttle bus' is analyzed. And then analyzed the impact of container demand and freight changes on the economy of water ‘shuttle bus’， determine the balance of paths. Finally have put forward the corresponding suggestions. It has realistic reference value for the owner's choice route， barge company operation and port development.
