Abstract:Comparison between the output gain of the differential amplifier circuits with resistor load and that with the current source load, Both in terms of Transistor with the low frequency hybrid-pi model circuits, Is presented. In our analysis and calculation it is shown that the gain with the current source load is 2.3 times larger than the gain with the resister load, Hence a high gain, high performance and low power lose current source differential amplifier should be abtained. So it has come into wide use a lot of I. c.
