Abstract：This paper discusses the relationship between the spermatophyte of the three counties and the flora of Shennonjia, Lushan Mountain, Japon, eastern Tibet, Peking and Heishiding. In analysing the relationship, cluster analysis and principal comonent analysis are used. The result of the analyses shows that there are some relationship. Between the flora of the three counties and those of the other six regions, while the flora of the three counties is more closely related to those of Shennonjia, Lushan Mountain, Japon and eastern Tibet. It is pantropical and north temperate elemets that keep the flota of the three counties in contact with those of the four regions.
