Abstract：In 1993, a tomb of Chu period was unearthed in Jinmen, Hubei province. The life date and duty of the host of the tomb coincide with Qu Yuan's. The slips of bamboo, materials for writing in ancient times, in the tomb, provide us a detailed cultural environment. And the rational concepts in the Confucian and Tao's works written in the slips of bamboo can be furtherly proved and explained in Qu Yuan's poetry, and in return, provide valuable evidence for the research of Qu Yuan.
