Abstract：This paper thinks that to great extent, the construction of any literature lies on what it speaks, so themes become important in the field of speaking and the ability of speaking. A theme is composed of two items: on one hand, it gets in touch with problems of existent condition; on the other hand, it is cultural exciting points for a series of civilizations. To take advantage of its theme, any national literature should meet four kinds of requirements, which are described deeply in this paper.
