Abstract:Since the beginning of occupational guidance in the 1908, the activity of occupational guidance experienced great change in several perspectives. First, occupational guidance varied from one occupation decision making to several occupational decision making. Secondly, the role style of counselors changed from teaching or instructing to helping, assisting. Finally, the provider of career counseling changed from teachers to teachers, managers and governors. Because career counseling becomes a life span behavior, the individual, managers, administrators are all responsible for people's career decision making.
