Abstract：This paper holds that, according to current situation, research on Chinese vocabulary should from the perspective of psychology on so as to actualize the understanding of vocabulary, the recognizing of the world and the concerning of one self. The first part of the paper discusses the theoretical basis for the propose mentioned above: as a creature of signs, with the help of verbal signs, human being understand the existence of themselves, form the nature of themselves, reveal the physical world, and construct the cultural world. The second part of it expounds the basic thinking way of the propose: firstly discusses respectively about the foundation of vocabulary, their development, the construction of their meaning and the relationship between their meaning and the way of human being's existence; then realizes the highest synthesization aiming at human being.
