Abstract：The nature and aim of the Communist Party of China determine its struggle for the democracy of Chinese people. In the period of democratic revolution, the Communist Party of China solved the problems in building up people's democratic politic power in Chinese way. At the beginning of social society, the building had made a little progress, but because of the well known reason, the building paused and was seriouly damaged. Under the guidance of Deng Xiao ping's theory, the people's democratic politics steps into a new stage.
