Abstract:As to how to solve the imbalance between the supply and demand in the field of education, in a long-run term, people of this field have been thought that sufficient supply of the education expenditure is a good way. While this thesis thinks that people ignore a critical reason when it comes to the problem. The ambiguity of property and responsibility in education is an innate defiance which led to the low-efficiency. It, then, from the perspective of property economics, reveals the origin of the problem and proposes some countermeasures.
