Abstract：This text thinks that the connotation of "duplicate metaphysics" is, not only eliminating the existence and nothing, but also eliminating the elimination. It is both a kind of methodology and is also a kind of ontology. It originated from Zhuang Zhi Annotation by Guo Xiang, and then was applied to explain Lao Tze by Sun Deng,and finally came inte use in Cheng Xuan-ying's Zhuang Zhi Annotation and Dao De Jing Annotation. "Duplicate metaphysics" is a pure philosophical thinking not belonging to any school, party, but is aborbed and applied by the Confucianism, Taoism, Buddhism.
