Abstract：From the human being's age and life span to research history is an influential perspective, but is neglected for a long time. This passage analyzes the phenomena of longevity of the members of Nei ko in Ming Dynasty by emphasis on age, then looks upon this group as a whole community, reviews the universality and causation of this phenomena, include: political situation, the relationship between emperor and minor, the character and quality of this group,their retiring age and the influence after retired. Through the analysis, it reveals some aspects and problems in Chinese traditional society, which is still attached no important to the people.
