Abstract：The Liu Chang-zong's Yinqie system, which can be found in those great works such as Jingdianshiwen, has some misleading and misunderstanding problems to be clarified in writhen letters. This essay mainly discusses this topic in four aspects: 1.Via the examples that been quoted, we can tell the truth and faults of the change of letters used in phonetic notation. 2.Via the comparison among correlative materials, we can affirm the author of some Yinqie. 3. Combining specific examples, we can distinguish the different pronunciations of a letter used in phonetic notation through three methods. 4.Considering both letters used in phonetic notation and letters been phonetic notated, we should distinguish Yinqie Bianli on the basis of researching the form,structure, pronunciation and meaning of letters that are associated with specific examples.
