Abstract：The key ubiety of comedy research is to grasp the particularity of comedic contradiction. This text, with analysing the comedic contradiction mentioned by the six comedic theory modes, and explaining the characteristic and limitation of each theory mode, explores the theoretical point for comedy research. Comedy is a diverse construction as a contradiction collision of various factors, but its construction is not single, it is the various contradictions among objects itself, object and object, main body and object that support the comedic framework; Any variation of sociality and main body's factors may affect aesthetic effect of comedy; The interaction of various contradictions and the variation of various factors must be brought into certain game rules, so that it can produce realistic comedic effect.
