Study on the quality standard of Poria cocosdecoction pieces in Hubei Province

Abstract:In order to promote the deep processing and industrial structure adjustment of Chinese medicinal materials in Hubei Province, improve the utilization rate of Poria cocos and drive the development of Chinese medicinal materials planting industry, Chinese medicine knowledge economy and other related industries, this paper studied the quality standard of Poria cocos decoction slices in Hubei Provincer. In this paper, HPLC was used to determine the content of poria acid, dehydroporic acid and pinelinoic acid in Poria cocos.The content of water-soluble polysaccharides in poria cocoa was determined by 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolinone (PMP) derivatization method, and the determination method of water-soluble polysaccharides in Poria cocoa was established by spectrophotometry with anhydrous glucose as the index.Moisture, total ash, sulfur dioxide residue and alcohol soluble extract were measured.The results showed that the average content of porylic acid, dehydrogenated porylic acid and pinoleic acid in 10 batches of prepared slices of Poria cocos in Hubei Province was 0.259 2%, 0.557 9% and 0.353 8%, respectively.The average content of water-soluble polysaccharide in 10 batches was 0.251 6%.In a word, this method is simple, stable, specific and reproducible, and the quality standard of decoction pieces of Poria cocos is studied systematically.
