Abstract：The Urban rural labor is an especial colony in cities. They played an important role in social and economic development of the cities. As a result of the problems of policy, system and administration,they were attached to the verge of the urban community, and did not gain the corresponding right. The thesis raises a query on the laws and regulations of the profession reservation, and puts forward the approach to establish the equal rights of competition, analyses the problems that would be brought out.
