Phenomenological Analysis about Naturalizing Consciousness in Scientific Psychology
Western mainstream psychology was born of the complex of naturalism.It was unable to resist the temptation of naturalism,of an extrinsic imitation of the model of natural science.It turned out mainstream psychology had excessively imitated physics,simply emphasized empirical research and not noticed the fundamentality of direct and pure description of consciousness. Mainstream psychologists at large presented three tendencies when they did psychological research as a result of naturalism,namely,decomposing,operating and quantifying of psychological phenomena.Psychologists considered consciousness as "nature".Consciousness was equal to the being of nature.It was enslaved to the rule and causality by which the being of nature must obey.One could transfer private mental events into the function among observable physical events.The secret of consciousness could be found out by controlled physical events.In this way,psychology must be faced with the risk of distorting and lacking consciousness.

Because of self-supporting natural economy,same mode of production,powerful administration and inertia close mentality,the traditional peasants lived in a sort of small and separated living space.The space of exchange,employment,living and significance has been extending with the content of social exchange and the current pressure through the transferring of labor force.This change brings unknown factors that make peasants' anticipation unstable and also give them pressure and challenges.

It is really very difficult to clearly define the boundary and range of public goods.Most goods fall between pure public goods and pure private goods.By introducing excluding instruments such as property right institution,organization and technology,private sector can effectively supply public goods.Entrepreneurial action in the competitive market tends to display various methods of private supply of public goods or public services.In certain cases,free-taker and exclusivity will no longer become the restrictive factors for the public goods provision.Nongovernmental supply of public goods out of non-profit can be one kind of practical model.

Strengthening public service in rural areas is an important route to harmonize urban and rural development.Also it is the route to develop the rural ecological environment.All of that is the connotation of building public-service-oriented government.The unbalance of public service providing by governments already becomes the deep-rooted problem that has impacted on destructing the rural eco-system environment.That makes the problem of environmental equity become a more serious issue.This article thinks,the innovation of the public service system may provide some instructive suggestion to the problem.

Stochastic Frontier Analysis on the Technological Progress of China''''s Large and Medium-size Industrial Sectors
Using the stochastic frontier production function analysis and a firm-level panel data collected by the National Bureau of Statistics of China,this paper examines the frontier technological progress of China's large and medium-size industrial enterprises sector during 1995-2002.The major findings include:(1) The contribution to TFP growth by frontier technology progress reached as much as 14 percentage points a year on average;(2) The revolution of technological progress is driven by increased competition,globalization,foreign investment,and reform of enterprises' property rights;(3) By regressing technical progress index on the variables on institutional and management environments,this paper finds: state-owner,larger-size firms and competitions play vital roles in the technological progress.Thus this paper suggests that the only way to shift china's growth mode is to deepen ownership reform,strengthen capital market construction,and break the monopoly of sector,promote normal competition.

On Current Chinese Rural Culture Construction
Rural culture,rural economy and rural politics are the main components of China's rural society.Nowadays,the backward construction of rural culture is gradually becoming an obstacle to the construction of new rural areas.Based on the empirical investigation of 70 rural counties,the article suggests that the current backward construction of rural culture is a combined result of many factors,which are insufficient input,irrational institutions,the changing of technological environment and social restructure.Based on the cultural needs of farmers,a goal to protect the right of cultural development as the core of the new rural cultural construction is raised.At last,the article gives some advices on principles,tactics and ways to improving China's rural culture.

Itard,the famous French special educationist in the early nineteenth century,spent five years carrying on a special educational experiment on training a wild boy named Victor.His experiment was divided into several stages with each separately focusing upon feelings,intellect,emotion,and so on.These explorations inaugurated a set of innovative methods for special education,which have since been successfully applied to the practice to instruct the mental retarded and multi handicapped.As the earliest special educational experiment in the history,Itard's attempt and research carries a great impact on and also a significant inspiration to later similar studies.

This paper analyzed the definition of "Learning in Regular Class"(LRC) and made a comparison between LRC and inclusive education,and subsequently,an exploration on the nature of LRC was conducted.The conclusion was that LRC is a pragmatic model of inclusion that has evolved out of a compromise of the Western concept of inclusion and practical considerations related to Chinese social and educational conditions.
