Several Emergent Problems On Farmer Laborers'''' Work-related Injury Insurances——Concurrently On The Relevant Regulations In The Provincial Measures For The Implementation Of The Regulation On Work-related Injury Insurances
According to the national,local,or special laws and regulations,it is necessary for farmer laborers to be absorbed in work-related injury insurances,and it is legitimate for them to have the rights on the insurances.But now,in practice,a lot of farmer laborers are still out of the protection of work-related injury insurances,and the rate of their participating in the insurances is still at a quite low level.Confronting with these problems,this paper thinks that,on one hand,those introduced laws and regulations must be implemented strictly;on the other hand,these unsuited or unreasonable terms should be corrected,too.Especially,today,it is important to protect the farmer laborers' insurable interest who are hired by private-owned enterprises,to realize their difficulties in proving the labor relationship when they apply for work-related injury identification,and to investigate the employers' legal duty with rigorous and efficient methods.

Study Of The Will Of Peasants In The City About "Being Citizen"——The Investigation And Analysis Of 782 Peasants Working In Wuhan City
This article analyzes the will of peasants in the city about "being citizen" by demonstration inspection.The result indicates that it's a long-term and irreversible process for peasants to be citizen.And,it's not a simple problem about the changes of census register or status.Comparing with the census register and social security,peasants in the city are more concerned about whether they could get relatively steady jobs and have incomes of more reasonable level in a city.Meanwhile,we also discover that the younger peasants and peasants with higher education and better salary are all very self-confident to work and live in a city.And they are not extremely care about their present identities.Because in their eyes,citizenship hasn't any effect on them to live in a city.However,they think that they should obtain the citizen rights.Moreover,they are more willing to settle down in a city.At last,the article puts forward some relevant policy proposals.

Protection Of The Peasant-worker''''s Rights And Interests And Outer Circumstance Construction
The protection of the rights and interests of peasant-workers depends largely on the outer circumstances.In this approach the focus is mainly on self-knowledge of the employer,the supervision of the government,the integrity and fulfillment of the law and the support of the social power.However,in practice,tensions develop.First,tensions exist between the legitimate allegations and their validity.Second,the local government and its personnel cannot fully realize stated goals and responsibilities.Finally,effective social powers are also absent.As a result of these tensions,a cleavage is produced between the sub-systems.It is recommended that the government promotes the idea of ruling for the people,constructs a benign inter-relationship of the four sub-systems and turns peasant-workers into citizens.

Multi-main Bodies Providing Public Product Of The Community
The corporation of multi-main bodies of the governments,enterprises, non-profit-organizalions,residents and so on is the certain way that the supply of community public products must pass through. The role of multi-main bodies is not clear, and the dislocation of the functions have become the bottleneck of community supply of public product. In order to straighten the relations of the main bodies, the theories of separation, connection, cooperative production among the consumers ,suppliers ,producers can provide analytical tools. Based on the dominant position among the main bodies, the mechanism innovation of the government lays the foundation for building the relation of corporation among the main bodies.

Community Foundations: Status And Prospect
The concept of community foundations is quite new to the academic and practical field in China;however,some grass-root organizations began emerging in response to local problems accompanying social transformation,and have gradually approximated the community foundations in western nations.Based on the field survey,this article originates from the discovery that during groping and practising community foundation-like organizations make great efforts to activate and build community-based social capitals,integrate community resources,meet some vulnerable groups' demand for welfare which cannot be met by official aid systems,and promote social integration to some extent.During the course of the transition from the one-center model of state welfare supply to the multi-centers model of mixed welfare,it is likely that those welfare-oriented community foundation-like organizations without political threat or danger to state will change into community foundation,becoming a potential key to the construction and sustainable development of communities.

Is Urban Community "Gemeinschaft" Or Neighborhood
Whether the Chinese urban community is "Gemeinschft" or neighborhood is an unsolved question.The result from a synthesis of empirical researches shows that though the urban community has middle-level attachment,the social ties among residents are quite weak.What's more,the level of community participation is low.So urban community is neighborhood rather than "Gemeinschft".

Taking the measurement of social capital of urban and rural dwellers in a survey in China's western region,the paper illustrated in details how to measure a complex social concept in empirical social studies.As the concept of social capital consist of both macro and micro levels,different measuring indicators should be used according to the level of conception.In our survey,micro social capital is measured by the "festival network" generated by "position generator",while the macro social capital is measured by the levels of trust and participation of the dwellers.

The Distribution And Origins Of "Item Nonresponse":Lessons Learned From Chinese Social Science Surveys
Based on the data from two national surveys,this study's analysis using survey ordered logistic regression discovers that education,rural/urban residence,area,and age are the most important and stable factors in explaining the level of item nonresponse in Chinese social science survey.Furthermore,among the people with these core characteristics,controlling the type and degree of difficulty of survey questions,this paper finds that the reliability of measurement has a significant linear relationship with the level of item nonresponse.

The Study Of Modern Theory Of Tao In The Laotzu Through The Analysis Of Basic Philosophical Problems
This article is going to study the modern academic achievement of the study of the theory of Tao in the Laotzu through the reflection of the opinions suggested by professor Yuan Bao-xin and Wu Ru-jun.Both of them had discussed the other modern scholars' opinions about the Laotzu theory of Tao,among them are including Mou Zong-san,Tang Jun-yi,Fang Dong-mei,Chen Kang.The main problem comes about is focused on what on purpose the concept of Tao was suggested by Laotzu.Following this problem are some interpretational conflicts such as the way Laotzu get his understanding of the Tao and the contents in the Theory of Tao are not able to deduce to each other.The propose an interpretational system to resolve these problems through the analysis of the basic philosophical problem by telling that all the conflicts were based on confuse of different philosophical problems.There are actually two kinds of philosophical problems going on in the way of thinking inside the Laotzu theory of Tao.First,through the intellectual ability of speculative Laotzu discussed the theory of being via the concept of Tao telling its abstract characteristic.Second,through the intellectual ability of intuition Laotzu discussed the theory of value via the concept of Tao telling the ultimate principle of value and the way to cultivate oneself and the perfect personality.These two kinds of philosophical thinking are independently proceed they can not deduce to each other,but among themselves the theoretical connection is tightly.Accordingly,in the reflection of the methodology of Chinese philosophy,the paper suggests that in the modern study of the Laotzu philosophy and the other Chinese philosophy the philosophical problem of the Ontology should be separated into two parts: one is the theory of being,the other is the theory of value.Then,many interpretational conflicts will be canceled reasonably.

The Difference View Between Laotzu And Zhuangzi On "Yu"
This paper,taking Yu as a media,analyzes the development of Philosophy in Pre-Qin Dynasty.From the famous philopher,Laotzu,Confucius,Mozi in ancient time to Jixiaxue in the middle of the wartimes.Chinese philosophy turns its view from the whole,general to the concrete,individual,subjective.Both Laotzu and Zhuangzi exphasize "WuYu" and "Gua Yu".Laotzu deny the relation betwwen Yu and governning.Zhuangzi deny Yu because he thinks reducing or elimilating desire people can reach the realm of calmness so as to reach a kind of innate transcendence and obtain the final individual freedom.

This paper traces the life and academic background of Jacob Burckhardt,one of the most historians of the 19~(th) century,pointing out that he was mainly interested in cultural history.But his idea about cultural history was not purely intellectual,it was more like contemporary idea about history of civilization,showing the general outlook of an age by describing development of civilization.Having analyzed the contents of his main works,this paper tries to demonstrate that Burckhardt's idea about history is that history is art,not science because history contains ideology,even imagination.However,his main works are still very valuable though they are more than 100 years old.

On The Origin Of The Mycenaean States And Its Characteristics
This paper tries to trace the origin of the Mycenaean states and their characteristics,arguing that the Mycenaean states did not abruptly appear in the Greek mainland,but were the results of social development since the Neolithic times and its birth had something to do with the general situation of the eastern Mediterranean.The origin of the Mycenaean states shows that the reform of production organization and the monopoly of the elite over some techniques might play a crucial role in the germination of the states although progress in production technology can not be neglected in the process of the origins of the states.
