Sino-western Interaction and the Formation of May 4th Global Perspective--A Study on the Relationship between May 4th Movement and Western Literature
One cannot account for the track of globalization in China without relating to the May 4 th Movement, an inexhaustible topic in history. Starting from exploring the collision between Chinese and western cultures in the early 20 th century and Chinese intellectuals' shifting process from western culture treasury in the New Democracy Period, this paper aims at probing into the relationship between Chinese and western cultures in that period, which characterized by conflicts, interaction, complement, isomorphism, and pluralistic integration of different natures. It is hoped that the brand-new interpretation about the relationship between May 4 th and western literature, in terms of globalization, can reveal this fact: it is from the May 4 th Movement that China went with the tide of historical development and set out towards globalization.

The Effects and Relationship between Knowledge Activity and Actual Activity in Two Types of Competence Development
The student's competence is developed in his/her own dynamic activities. There are two types of activities: knowledge activity and actual activity. Echoing these two types of activities there are two types of human competence: "competence in knowledge activity" and "competence in actual activities." In the development of these two types of competence, knowledge activity and actual activitiy play different roles and present different relationships. Learning of knowledge plays an important role for the development of competence in knowledge activity while the actual activity or life experience activity play a supporting role. In the same manner, in the development for competence of actual or life experience activity, the actual activity and direct experience are the critical elements while the learning of knowledge and indirect experience only can construct a foundation or a starting point.

Current Situation and Problems of the Reform of Rural Land System in China
Rural land system not only influence directly the protection of land resources in China and the sustainable development of agricultural production, but also has close relation with the macro operation of the whole national economy and trade efficiency, and the political stability of Chinese rural society as well. Due to the Law of Contracting of Land, the property has been divided up among the nation, the collective and peasants. And the political right structure made the rural officers the subjects of land ownership. All these lead to the imperfections of land property right, and the drainage of peasants' interests. Therefore, it is significant to reform the rural land system. Besides an array of land system reforms, the system of establishing national accounts for peasants who lost their lands and establishing national funds for them may be a better choice.

How to Make the Land Contract Management Right A Real Property Right of Peasants
In China, the land contract management right is one of the most important rights for peasants. The Rural Land Contract Law of the People's Republic of China, which began to be implemented in 2003, has provided a significant legal basis both for making the land contract management right a property right and for protecting peasants' interest. However, owing to some imperfections in the country's land system, there is lack of interconnection between laws and regulations relevant to land. Moreover, the Rural Land Contract Law itself has some drawbacks, which hinder the progress of making the land contract management right a real property right of peasants. Therefore, it is necessary to further reform and perfect our country's land system and reinforce peasants' land contract management right to effectively protect the interest of peasants.

In the near future, both the range and levels of elections will be enlarged and raised. In order to deal with the nature of gradual openness, it is time to discuss and explore different election methods. Different election methods lead to different results, and different election methods fit into different election natures. This paper introduces briefly several typical elections' operation methods and characteristics, some of which are created by Chinese villagers' committee.

A Thought about the Qualification for the Candidates of Villagers'''' Committee
It is a general phenomenon that the terms about the qualification of candidates are more restricted than the terms for electorates in our country. The stipulate about the right of electing in the Constitution suits the direct election about the representatives in county or township People's Representatives Congress. So, the phenomenon that the terms about the qualification of candidates are more restricted than the terms for electorates in the election of villagers' committee didn't violate the Constitution. Also, the more restricted qualification of candidates didn't violate the principle of democracy and self-administrating, and it's the inevitable choice for the development of rural democracy and self-administrating. For the differences between county or township People's Representatives Congress and villagers' committee, the regulation about the qualification of candidates should be different. The current county-leveled regulations mostly stipulate the qualification of candidates in an affirmative and positive way, which didn't helpful for qualification conduction. So, the possible reform direction for qualification restriction should attach importance to passive and restricted terms.

Political Campaigns in Village Elections--A Case Study of Zhejiang Province, China
This article argues that political competition has constituted an important content in village elections. Since 1998 when the Organic Law of Villagers' Committee was officially passed, village election competition in rural Zhejiang province has become more and more acute. Consequently, electoral campaigns become a common seen phenomenon during Zhejiang's village elections, which, compared with other provincial-level administrative areas, is outstanding. Finally, the article discusses the implication of electoral campaigns in rural China. As a new phenomenon in rural politics. the study on electoral campaigns in rural China is not only helpful to scholars' understanding of local politics, but also to local governments' guiding and further standardizing village electoral politics. On the one hand village electoral campaigns indicate the increase of election competition, deepening electoral politics; on the other hand an important issue to governments is how to standardize village election campaigns, supplying a fair play environment for all candidates, while to candidates is to learn the art of campaigning.

On the Phases of the Development of Chinese Literature
Dividing the development of Chinese literature into phases can be of great advantage to holding the skeleton of its development. The traditional way, which takes the dynasties as the dividing norm, is not scientific which ignores the literature's characteristics and rules of its development. If we take the literature's expression modes and its basic states as the dividing norm, Chinese literature can be classified into two phases: oral literature and written literature. We can only focus on the written phase, for we lack provable evidence and materials for the oral one. According to the production and consumption of the main styles of written literature and their material media, Chinese literature can be further divided into four periods: noble literature period; elite literature period; civil literature period; and mass literature period. Each one has its typical style, unique transmission tools and methods and different production and consumption subjects. Thus each takes different faces.

The Historicity and Contemporary Nature in Realistic Literature
The meaning of Realistic Literature itself has its complexity in the history of modern society. Realism, Naturalism etc. are more or less related to Realistic Literature whose explanation is mainly limited to the perspective of Naturalism represented by Zola, whereas Realistic Literature in historic explanation can not accommodate the approach and space of Realistic Literature under the contemporary context, because of its simplicity. It strongly embody the neo-quality literature ecology which Realism, Naturalism and Post Modernism are mixed together. And what's more, it is a symbol code of strong tolerance and arrangement of ideas.
