It has reflected that the 1911 Revolution and the democratic thoughts had penetrated into the hearts of the people. 0 Re-discussion on the Reorganization of Chamber of Commerce by KMT
In the initial period of the merchant movement, KMT had established the policy of using the Association of Merchant (AM) to substitute the Chamber of Commerce(CC). The Nationalist Government began to reorganize CC when it established in Nanjing, this was not a new made policy specially for KMT's autarchy, but the result of its adjustment of the policy on merchant movement when KMT came into power, that was a shift from "destruction" to "construction". From the very beginning KMT decided to cancel CC, then admitted CC and AM to coexist, finally cancelled AM and permitted CC to be continued through its reorganization, so CC escaped the destiny of dissolving. This indicated that CC arrived at the aim basically after its long struggle for legitimacy since the merchant movement.

0 On the Rising and Declining of Village''''s Semi-industrialization of Modern China
From the end of the 19th century to the early of 1930, Semi industrialization rose in the handicraft cotton weaving in some rural areas of North China under the influence of the subjective and objective factors. The handicraft adopted progressive technology and was guided by market in the phase of semi industrialization. Because of the World Capital Economic Crisis of 1929-1933, the Japanese Chinese War of 1931 and 1937, and so on, the semi industrialization declined. In spite of this, the semi industrialization played a positive role and had a great influence on the village's social and economic change. We ought to distinguish the semi industrialization from the cottage handicraft in the traditional sense.

Classical works before Qin Dynasty has experienced adjustment and even reconstruction in Han Dynasty. The most famous classical ones we read now are mainly texts of Han Dynasty. A series of measures taken by Han Dynasty contributed to the leading role of Confucian then, which led to the formation of the classical learning period in Chinese learning history. The formation of the classical learning period had both external factors caused by the society and politics then and internal factors caused by learning itself and its development. All kinds of schools then learned from each other and integrated each other and adjusted themselves. As a result, a new integrated learning formed. The new learning in Han Dynasty is the actual origin of Chinese traditional learning.

0 "Human" and "Heaven": The Early Stage Confucianists and the Formation of the Spirit of Self-discipline
The early stage of Confucianists can be classified as the "Original Confucianists" and the "Han Confucianists". The Original Confucianists, which represents by Confucious and Mencius, extends the primal self discipline spirit from the pre historical and the early historical period to every scope related to human and human activities. It's conversion of subject from "human" to the religious definition of "heaven", leads not only to the establishment of the subjects, but also at the mean time to the dispelling of the subjects in fact. In the end, the self discipline spirit advocated by the Original Confucianists inevitably change to "human discipline" or "heteronomous discipline", as the result of this conversion. However, the Han Confucianists, with Dong Zhong shu as its representative, lay stress on "self discipline by heaven" and "heaven exceeds human". Therefore, on one side, it consolidates the tendency of politicization and ethicization of the original Confucian ethics and politics, furthermore on the other side, it brings about the further integration of theology and Confucian. All of these changes mentioned above brought by the Original Confucianists and the Han Confucianists, further subverts the subjective status human take in the Chinese culture consciousness structure, meanwhile disintegrates the rather fragile humanism which lies in the Original Confucianists and religion, and moreover strengthens the heteronomous self discipline tradition of Chinese culture. From then on, originating from the original Confucianists and religion, the self discipline spirit gradually becomes the long dominate subjective culture spirit in Chinese feudal society.
