The Control Of County Magistrate Of Rural Society In The Early Qing Dynasty——Taking Intricated Case of LU Zhou As An Example
This article analyses the actions,effects,limitations of social control from County Magistrate who ranked between country and civil society and ruled over the rural society which was lively and lied in coastal areas. It tries to find out the reasons based on rural society history theory and method. The material is mainly from the Intricated Case of LU Zhou by LAN Ding-yuan who was a County Magistrate during the reign of Yong-zheng emperor.

Generally speaking,Chinese rural women take lower position in village government.Most researches explain this situation in terms of policy and culture.This paper tries to analyze the elements which affect the women's role in the village administration in respect of governing pattern.The("power") governance marked by capability,authority and violence and the gender preference and discrimination caused by this kind of governance greatly blocked the women's participation in rural management.The transformation of country governing-pattern is one of the most important elements in improving women's status in rural government.The paper foresees that with the cancellation of the agriculture tax and the construction of new country,rural governing-pattern will be greatly changed,rural women's democratic participation will be faced with opportunities and challenges.

Gerder, Quota Policy And Women''''s Involvement——A Case Study Of The Election Of Villages'''' Committee In Chuan Village Of Tianjin City
Through the analysis on the context and presentation of quota policy in Chuan village from the angle of gender,the paper draws a conclusion that the quota policy is the one with an awareness of social gender.It accords with the rural women's interests,and efficiently enlarges the portio of women's representation in village committee.However it achieves little,that is,it seldom performs on genderalization and boundarization of women's occupation.The possible reason is the irner weakness of structure of the quota policy and some problems in policy awareness,policy exectution and policy supervision during its performance.

The Social Stratum Gambling In Village Governance
The implementation of the villagers' self-governance system has constructed the system platform for social stratum gambling.According to their authority resources,the villagers may be divided into three authorities social strata: the managers,the non-managerial elites,the ordinary villagers.In a sense, the villagers' self-governance operation process is the benefit gambling process which three social strata involve in.The most common social stratum gambling way mainly involves:(1) the authority elites and the ordinary villagers' gambling;(2) cadres and the common people's gambling.From the special angle of social stratum gambling,the village authority-structure may have three forms: the managers' controlling approximately,the authority elites' leading and the ordinary villagers' autonomous.

The Application Of Local Spatial Statistics In Regional Economic Analysis
The specification and testing on local patterns of spatial association is an important concern in the spatial analysis of urban or regional data.A few local indicators are needed to adopt for detecting underlying significant local spatial association and assessing stationarity of existing spatial structure.With a brief review on local spatial statistics,this paper discusses about the integration of the analysis of local patterns of spatial association and the research of regional economics,and then an example is given to show the usefulness of local spatial statistics in identifying and quantifying the underlying local spatial association patterns between economic units.

Analysis On VAR Model About CPI Of China
The paper draws the conclusion that the consumption price index is sensitive to its own shock and the lagged capital investment shock,but insensitive to the change of currency supply increase rate.On the basis of establishing VAR model of China consumption price index,currency supply increase and capital investment increase by means of researching on pulse response function and its variance.On the other hand,the paper concludes a transmitting mechanism from foodstuff cultivation area decrease to consumption price index increase and a transmitting mechanism of one emergency change of currency supply increase unpredictable to public leading to same tendency change of consumption price index.In the end the paper proposes the relative policy suggestion: policy should be stable basically;strengthening the supervision on land exploiting and developing to restrict the decrease of agriculture land;tuning currency supply by agile utilizing of ulterior currency policy;reinforcing the management on government investment,especially on local government investment,reducing the irrational factors in capital investment.

Study Of The Nationality Of Yelang, Ba, Shu And Correlative Ethnic Groups
The living places of the chief ethnic groups in Ba,Shu and Yelang regions are diverse in different times.But the pattern of their distribution has already come into being during Qin dynasty.The whole Ba,Shu regions is called "the place of Yi-Yue".Yi means Di-Qiang ethnic groups.Yue means Pu-Yue ethnic groups.Di-Qiang of "Yi in southwest China" have something to do with Tibeto-Burman language groups nowadays,but Pu-Yue have something to do with Zhuang-Dong language groups.And so far there are no foundamental change,namely except the nations of Miao-Yao language groups,the nations of Zhuang-Dong or Tibeto-Burman language groups are still the chief residents in the southwest of China.

The Dialectics Of Ba-Shu Culture
Ba-Shu Culture is a specialized term in academic world, but because everyone has a dissimilarity to its language sorroundings, there are often some mistakes in understanding it. This academic term should be more perfectly used, so this thesis puts forward discussions with new expressions. Ba-Shu Culture means a type of culture in a narrow sense ,namely the cultural inheritance left by the people of Ba-Shu ethnic group who lived in the southwest of China. It mainly distributed in Sichuan basin and its adjacent regions. It had exited for nearly a thousand years, presumedly from Xizhou Period to Han Dynasty. It is big harvest of Xizhou and Dongzhou archaeology for confirming the culture of Ba-Shu ethnic group and fixing on a special Ba-Shu Cultural area. Ba-Shu Culture in a broad sense means a hybrid from then on, which regard Ba-Shu Culture as a backbone and includes each minority culture in Sichuan province,Chongqing and their adjacent regions.

Observation Of Early Ba Culture Based On New Archaeological Discoveries
With the last archeology excavation,the paper intends to prove that the occasion of separating the cultures of early Ba and Shu comes;provides the point that the second stage later period relics of Lujia River and Baoshan Culture belong to the early Ba Culture,and each race,the Ba and Shu,has its own culture origin and both of the two cultures have a throughout close relation of communication.The restoration of the history of the Ba and Shu Culture is mostly depended on the archeology materials and the combination of the archeology material and the literature will be attached importance.The research of the Shu Culture is deeply developed at present and the research of the Ba Culture deserves more attention and strength.
