0 On the Inner Structure of the Rule of Law
How to rationally evaluate the relationship between the inner structure of the rule of law and its components is to orientate the policy implementation of the rule of law. The relation between the subject of the power and the carrier of the power is much the same with that between the administrators and administratees in a law ruling society. The subject of the rule of law is simply the masses. Its targets are all the events in the nation and society, among which the organs of state power, power actions and power functions are the most important. However , absolute submission to the authority of good law is the fundamental essence of the rule of law.

0 A Hundred Years of Study in Chinese Folk Literature
Academic research in scientific collection and study of Chinese folk literature springs up from the May 4th Movement. In the 1980's and 1990's, the compiling of three sets of collections of folk literature, which is based on the general survey in the whole country, makes the collection and studies a mass movement and marks the ripeness of the theory of folk literature. It is conspicuous that we are faced with the bright future in exploiting resources of folk literature and art as well as the crisis in building up the theory of folk literature.

0 ON Dostoevsky''''s Realism
Having pointed out the ignorance of the valuable standpoints (religion belief) of Dostoevsky in Bakhtin's polyphony theory, the thesis appraises the realism of Dostoevsky from the opposite angle of Dostoevsky and materialism.
