On Marx''''s Division of Communist Society
In Criticism Of Gotha Program in 1875, Marx divides the communism society into two developmental stages, which is a big leap in the cognition of the law of the development of social history. His theory remedies the defect of the former historical materialism and expounds the more profound connotation for the economic base and superstructure as well as the diversity relationship between them. And it also states that elements of the new and old social states coexist and interact in the course of the transition of social states. Meanwhile it discloses the formation is immature on the basis of the old society and the mature state can be formed on its own basis, which has greatly enriched and developed Marx's historical materialism.

On Looking Back the 20-year''s Research of the Chinese Rural Problems Center in Central China Normal University
On totally looking back and systematically summing up the 20 year's research work both of the Chinese Rural Problems Center and the author himself, this paper, firstly gives out the reasons for the author's focusing his academic eyes on Chinese rural problems; secondly, this paper expounds the content and substance on how to deal with Chinese rural problems; thirdly, this paper makes a macro evaluation on Chinese present political system and points out that some aspects of the Chinese Rural Problems Center should be improved and strengthened besides keeping on using the theory to direct rural problems.

The non governmental charity activities in late Qing Dynasty have somewhat changed in the early stage of Emperor Guang Xu. It was represented by the new style charitable organizations established by Jing Yuan shan.
