Farmer Household Re-Cognition And Socialized Small Agricultural Economy Construction
It will be a long time for China to carry out a kind of management system on the basis of family.From the viewpoint of traditional theory,family management belongs to the small agricultural economy.But due to its inferior efficiency,it will be replaced by collective production in scale.Therefore a question is aroused for scholars to explore whether peasants' capabilities can be promoted to suit with modern economic society in condition of stable management system.This thesis insists that farmer household should be re-cognition in such condition,which analyzes peasants in a developing and historical process.The thesis tries to prove that peasants are at the entrance of socialized small agricultural economy stage although the scale of farmer household's management is still too small.It also points out that peasants are engulfing into an open mobile socialized system with division of labor,which is far-off closed traditional small agricultural economy.The socialized small agricultural economy,which promotes peasants' capabilities greatly,also has three built-in conflicts and puts peasants into an unstable and risky society.All that needs to construct a more complete socialized service system with government's protection and support on the demand of their basic situation.

The Socialized Farmers: Motivation And Behavior
The studies of the farmers' motivation and behavior have been continued for hundreds of years.The savable methods are different according to particular emphasises and different presuppositions on the research.And they are classified into several theories,which are the theories of Existing Farmers,Vulnerable Farmers,Utility Farmers and Rational Farmers.Although the motivation and behavior of specially designated objects and periods could be explained well by the above four theories,the socialized farmers,who live in high socialized world and have no surviving problems after the Countryside Reform of China,can't be explained rationally.The socialized farmers,with their special independence and particularity,chase("Currency) Ethics" and the maximal currency income.

The daily living consumption of peasants' family,mainly go on through the self-sufficient way under the traditional economic condition.The development of modern market economy brings enormous impact to farmers' consumption.Peasant households are involved in a highly open socialized system.The consumption desire swells,consumption pattern is socialized day by day,and the monetary expenditure pressure is increasing with consuming socialized accompanying.In order to keep family daily life and normal operation of production,and seek the equilibrium between swelled consumption demands and limited consuming capacity, farmers have to make the choice between consumption content's "expansion" and "control",famers carry on the rational consumption choice through the matching of "self-sufficiency" and "he gives" and the appropriate arrangement of consumption opportunity.

The Theory Construction Of Core Concept And Conceptual System
The core concept and the conceptual system are the bedrocks of a theory as well as the key factors of a theoretical opinion or a theoretical system,which in turn determine the power of its explanation.In order to explain new phenomena more powerfully,it is necessary for us to check carefully and then to revise,refuse,or reconstruct those existing core concepts and conceptual system of respective branches during our research.This essay categorizes them as types of theoretical proposition,theoretical system,and disciplines.Based upon two cases,it also tells us from a methodological perspective how to analyze,check and construct new ones during our reflection and research to a discipline.

The organism of social politics to cycle is one of the importance assumptions in Chinese traditional thinking.On this assumption,ancient thinkers argue for the coherence between body,society and universe in which form the famous category of "heaven and man in unification".In anther words,the political affairs are of activity as body to be,in which there are life cycle and the whole society is of the similarity.So it is called "body political symptomatology" to deal with the political affairs as to cure a disease.There is obviously nature of a-essentialism in this thinking approach,in which political behavior is not to change the natural structure but to adjust the disorder in order to conform oneself to the natural order.

Since the Martial emperor of Han Wu Di carried out the culture policy of "Only reveres the Confucianism",Confucianism and politics have integrated,and communicated acceleratly in that society.On this condition,Confucianism participate preliminarily in the course of political socialization.In the era of late Han dynasty,the Confucianism was still the core in the course of political socialization,most emperors have good command of Confucianist's culture,they impel the policy of Confucianism-advocating,and impel the Confucianist culture of the upper class.At the same time,Confucianism spreaded by two direction,from upper class to lower class,and from a few core area to more expansive area.The condition bring homogeneity in late Han dynasty society,Confucianist value gradually become universal notion of social value in that dynasty.

An Analysis Of Property Tax Introduction With The Objective Of Real Estate Taxation Reform-- A Comment On Property Tax Reform Scheme
Reform of current real estate taxation and introduction of property tax is one of the important issues of taxation system reform in China.Nowadays,there exist many problems in current real estate taxation system,such as complicated fees and taxes,substitution tax with fee,emphasis more on property circulation phase rather than property holding phase etc,which is the primary reason for the fiscal difficulties faced by local government.The aim of property taxation reform is to maximize the real estate taxation structure,improve the tax volume in the phase of property withholding.In the long run,property tax should be fostered as main tax for local government revenue.On the basis of the reform objective of property tax reform,the paper proposes the fundamental framework of institutional arrangement of property taxation.

Residential Mortgage Loan Agreements And Risks With Asymmetric Information
Adopting the theories and the models in the research field of game theory and information economics,the paper discussed the information structure between the borrower and the lender on the residential mortgage market.Taking the mortgage rate,collateral value and the borrower's default probability into account,the paper set up the objective functions of the borrower and the lender respectively,and analyzed the qualifications for the mortgage loan agreements and the lending strategies of the lender.It was found that because of the asymmetric information structure,the limitations on the lender's lending strategies,such as the interest rate controls would worsen the efficiency of the credit allocation on the mortgage market,and lead to the risks of the adverse selection and the moral hazard.Based on the conclusions,the paper provided some suggestions from the angle of costs,to improve the information structure and reduce the mortgage credit risks at present stage of Chinese residential mortgage market.

After Opium War,much change in negotiation system of Qing dynasty took place.It was not only the result of the new environment of association with outside world and the pressure of big powers,but also the product of the change of the local negotiation system shaped in the Tribute System.The combination of the new and old system contribute to the new system: the General Government Office,South and North Trading Minster,Every General and Provincial Governor.The thesis tries to argue the specific property of the change in the modern system by the description of the evolutionary process and influence of negotiation system in late Qing dynasty.

Academic And Anti-Japanese: The Rational Ideas Of Independent Review On The Japanese Invasion
After the September 18th Incident,a group of liberalistic intellectuals such as Hu Shi,Ding Wen-jiang,Jiang Ting-fu etc.,who had ever studied abroad and at that time mainly worked in the northern universities,began to take part in the public affairs.They published a kind of journal named Independent Rreview until 1937.Based on the independent spirit and the rational consideration,they insisted that the invasion war must be extended and sooner or later there would be a war between China and Japan,as well as that the government should negotiate with Japan to a certain degree for more time used to strengthen himself while fighting with Japan,and that the different strengths should unite immediately.At the same time,they received troubles from different persons and groups.The Japanese government and people held hostile attitude towards Hu Shi and the journal,which perhaps reflected the meaning of the rational ideas and attitude.

The Zhonghua Exhibition of Chinese Goods in 1928 was the biggest one in modern China.The exhibitions of Chinese goods were urged to emerge and develop by the economic aggression of imperialist countries and the flourishing movement to advocate national goods from the year 1912.The Zhonghua Exhibition of Chinese Goods in 1928 was held successively by the department of industry and commerce of the Nanjing National Government,the Shanghai government and the general Chamber of Commerce of Shanghai together.The exhibition of Chinese goods had given the impetus to the sale and improvement of national products,promoted people's feelings of Chinese goods and people's idea to save own's country by developing national economy.Moreover,it also showed the cooperative aspect between the officials and the businessmen during the initial Nanjing Nation Government,and the economic nationalism had the rational core which advocatesd interal development.
