0 On the Growth of Villagers'''' Self-Governance: Administrational Decentralization and Social Development--Rethinking on Villagers'''' Self-Governance Developmental Progress Since 1990
Through the rethinking of the development of villagers' self-governance, this essay indicates that its development needs systemically administrational decentralization and modern organization, as it drives from the establishment of the modern democratic state, whose institution design contains modern democratic ideas. However, in China, its implementation depends on the systematic space supplied by administrational decentralization. Villagers committee provides systematic self-governance platform for the villagers, and it needs villagers' organizational participation. While the traditional clan organization can not provide necessary organizational resources, the reasonable society and peasants' NGO formed from marketalized process?rural civil society in practice can supply the necessary social conditions.

0 Party-State and State-Society: A Consideration of Relations between the Two Categories in the Context of Contemporary Chinese Politics
State-Society relation and Party-Government relation are two widely used key conceptual categories in political analysis on contemporary Chinese politics. However, these two categories are treated separately in most relevant researches. Based on the paper's recent studies on villager's self-government, especially the conflicts between elected village committees and township governments, the paper argues that there exist some inner relations between the two categories in the context of Chinese politics. These inner relations also reveal some very important characteristics of politics in contemporary China.

Rural women are still in the rim condition for politic resource allocation of village-level management at present. The paper holds an opinion that policy for rural women being members of villagers' committee does not cover definite sexual ratio and there is still a little gap between policy implementation and policy target. Except for social culture and economic development level people frequently mentioned, factors led to this condition include economic development concept which is guiding policy making and implementation, efficiency concept of tool rationality over value rationality, vague recognition on value target of policy, and unbalanced sexual structure of policy making and implementation, etc.

0 Higher Education Sector as An Economic Man
Based on the theory of "Economic Man", it is said that the pursuit of interest may rich the material prosperity of society, while the subject of higher education, which its purpose is to pursue maximum of interest of its own, may also promote the development of the higher education sectors. This article will examine how the subjects of higher education as Economic Man operate under the context of economy market, that is, how the three subjects of higher education such as Government, institutions, students or families make gemes to pursue the maximum of interest of their own when their participating in the affairs of higher education. However, it should be noted, some behaviors of "rent-seeking" of higher education as Economic Man are easily made in the process of pursuing interests, which should be controlled and overcome by the self-regulation of institutions of higher education.

The paper believes that Liu Zong-yuan, didn't like Han Yu, wrote prose according to his life, idea and disposition. So he lacked the consciousness of promoting prose with Han Yu together. Li Ao, one of Han Yu's students, paid more attention to history, while Zhang Ji liked poems better, and Huang Fushi preferred new things. We may also find the difficulties of prose's development from Zhang Ji and Li Ao's experience of learning ancient prose. Besides these, among Han Yu's other friends, Meng Jiao interested in poem-writing. Bai Ju-yi, Yuan Zhen and Liu Yu-xi laid stress on poems and claimed that they wouldn't talk about prose. Modern enterprise institution that claims to be efficient, shows efficiency latent predicament in the vision of sociology. And the existing theory and practice indicate that the efficiency predicament could not be surmounted for the spiritual factor could not be complemented, though the predicament originates from the negligence of modern enterprise institution to the spiritual demand of the staff. Based on Myrdal' theory on "geographically dual economic structure", the paper points out Chinese economy is in fact a "geographically dual structure" which is difficult to be eliminated automatically by the means of "market competition" advocated by classical economics. So the paper assumes a strategic pattern of "the market-oriented model by government guiding" of the great exploitation in western China and emphasizes the whole frame of the new pattern. 0 On Systemic Model of Entrepreneurship
A literature review on theories of entrepreneurship demonstrated the focus on characteristics of entrepreneurship, which are only partial component of Entrepreneurship theory. The paper proposes that entrepreneurship is a system of cultural organisms combining a great number of characteristics with multi-facet content based on a few essential factors. This paper summarizes existing researches on entrepreneurship, followed by the constructive theory of entrepreneurship as a systemic model. Next is a detailed discussion of this systemic model including a hypothesis of a personalized system, essence of the system, environment of the system, cooperative effect of the system, and system feedback. Lastly, potential problems are pointed out with recommendations.
