Zhang Zhi-dong''''s Support and Maintenance for Merchant Group
At the end of 19 th century, Zhang Zhi dong formed his view of "Macro Commerce", put up the idea of "supporting industry by commerce", and supported new born merchant group. In the contexts of very complicated conflicts between China and foreign countries, and the different beneficial imbroglio between the groups of official, merchant and civilian, he established commerce schools, enlarged the wisdom of commerce, encouraged merchant' interests, reduced merchant's burden, concentrated the force of merchant, permitted merchant to form their own organizations, and proposed to establish new laws to regulate merchant and protect their benefits. He resisted foreign merchant' unreasonable requirements and actions, supported commercial competition between China and foreign countries. He also opposed commercial monopoly, cheating and regional protectionism. On rail policy he insisted that officials and merchant occupy the capital stock and profits half and half respectively.

On Sun Yatsen''''s Dependence on Overseas Chinese for Revolution--Focusing on Raising Revolution Fund (1894-1911)
Since he decided to be engaged in revolution, Sun Yatsen had taken overseas Chinese as the main support to his revolution. He not only, with his whole efforts, developed revolutionary organizations as well as revolutionary newspapers and magazines among overseas Chinese, but also financially depended on them. In fact, it was under the overseas Chinese financial support that Sun Yatsen and his comrades carried out a series of revolution activities. However, overseas Chinese power was rather limited, negative effects had been imposed on the revolution because Sun Yatsen just neglected the revolutionary power at home. In particular, financial difficulty had directly caused the failure of the 10 upsurges before the revolution of 1911, and the splitting of the United League as well. The reason that Sun Yatsen just regarded overseas Chinese as the main support was essentially because he himself was an overseas Chinese, which made him know little about conditions inside China. He knew the overseas Chinese request for revolution, but failed to realize the great revolution power of the people at home.

Study of China''''s International Food Trade in Modern Times
China's international food trade in modern times was an unfair and plunderous one which imperialist powers used their privileges to dump rice and flour to China and plunder Chinese agricultural resources such as soybeans and soybean cakes. The basic source of this was that the imperialist powers obtained a series of political and economic privileges by force and controlled China's political and economic lifeline, resulting in China's loss of decision making power in trade and trade tariff. Other important reasons were the heavy pressure of China's huge population and the unwise trade tariff policies of the corrupt Qing Dynasty which fawned on foreign powers and oppressed the people.

The Causes and Solutions to the Continuous Low Prices--Taking Wuhan As An Example
The causes of continuous low prices in Wuhan are: the entry to the WTO; the increase of laid off persons, the lowering confidence in consumption; the declining of stock prices; the slow increase of farmers' income and heavier burden on farmers. This paper thinks that more attention should be paid on the "specific characteristics" of the low prices: the economic status of Wuhan in the whole country is falling; the banks are unwilling to loan; private economics doesn't develop enough; the proportion of export oriented economics is low; the strength of brand economics is weak. The solution to Wuhan's going out of the continuous low prices are: 1.developing education industry; 2.making state owned economics and private economics develop together; 3.building up new consumption hotspots among the middle class and rich class; 4.strengthening competitve industry.

The Changes of Employment Structure and the Innovation of Unemployment Insurance System in China
With the development of national economy after the reform and open, especially in recent years, the economic structure of China has been changed gradually. One of the direct effects of these changes is the variation of employment structure, which is manifested in that the industrial structure, ownership structure, regional structure and professional structure of employment are markedly different from before; and accordingly, the unemployment structure has been changed greatly. After the entry to the WTO all these differences will remain or even be more apparent, what's more, many new trends will appear. The current unemployment insurance system seems very imperfect for all above. Therefore, we should make some innovations to alter the unemployment insurance system according to the changes of the employment structure.

On the Law Thinking of Land Tenancy System of Countryside in China--Additionally Building and Perfecting the Leasehold of Countryside Land
With the construction of the socialism market oriented economy and the deep development of the countryside economic structural reforms, the land contract system of countryside shows much unsuitability and need reforms. Economists raise a reform scheme of countryside land tenancy system to perfect the land use system of countryside. Based on the analysis about the present situation and problems of the land use system of countryside, the article, to take the law as the point of departure, attempts to probe into the countryside land tenancy system, and puts forward that the leasehold of countryside land should be introduced into the Law of Rights over Things.

A Comparison of the Infringement Remedy System of Trade Secrets between Chinese Ones and TRIPs
This paper presents a comparison between IRIPs arti cles that protect trade secrets and the related Chinese laws and regulations,who se differences have been analyzed from the aspects of trade secrets nature, trad e secrets constitution, trade secrets infringement categories and remedies for t he infringements of trade secrets. Proposals for the perfection of remedies for the infringements of trade secrets have been put forward, and so are the prolems worthy of attention in the judicial or law-enforcement process in China so as to avoid the conflicts with TRIPs.

In this fierce-competition and information-explodi ng modern society, the workspace of social capital is so large that it is nearly neglected by scholars. While as a theoretical tool, the workspace of social cap ital cannot be neglected for it's super interpretative capability. This article gives the concept of the workspace of social capital based on the analysis of th e social capital's essence, and constructs the model of the workspace of social capital in accordance with the characteristics in the working of social capital. A Rational Thought about Constructing the Peace System of Korea Peninsula
The separation of Korea Peninsula is the result of t he cold war. The Armistice Agreement, which has kept "the cold peace" in korea p eninsula over half the century, can't meet the needs of the development of Korea Peninsula' situation after the cold war. Now in Korea Peninsula, it is a good b eginning to the process of the national reconciliation, peace and unification si nce the historically significant metting of the heads of the north and the south Korea in 2000. On one hand, positive conditions have been created for construc ting the peace system in Korea Peninsula after the meeting; on the other hand, t he situation of Korea Peninsula which is changing to the reconciliation, the pea ce and stability will be promoted further effectively by the peace system.
