Reason and Method for Reconstruction of Chinese Rural Social Security System
The main reason to reconstruct rural social security system lies in resolving problem of poverty in rural regions so as to maintain social stability, innovating rural economic system deeply to promote its economic development, carrying out family planning policy to control the increasing of population, meeting the challenges followed by the aging of its population to strengthen the function of social security and the challenges brought by "China's entry into WTO". The method for the reconstruction are the ones based on optimizing the modes of social security, taking the innovation of financing system of social security as its key measure, putting the emphasis on establishing three systems of social security, making the building of perfect service network of social security as its supporting, taking the improving of the management of social security as its motif, and putting the strengthening of ruling by law as its safeguard.

Macroeconomic Policies Based on Spatial Structure
Macroeconomic policies based on spatial structure are important public policies. Either aggregate spatial pattern which pursues optimal spatial structure and development,or urban spatial developmental policy which pursues the optimal efficiency of spatial economy, is its main content.In contemporary China, there exist some problems in macroeconomic spatial policies, for example,lack of philosophic foundation on which spatial policies can be interpreted and absence of effective tools as well as continuous strategic goals for the spatial economy. This paper thinks that subjects that should be furthur investigated include microeconomic foundation of macroeconomic spatial policies, spatial relationship of benefit, effect of technological changes and economic globalization.

Positive Analysis of the Effect of Currency Policy on Medium Target
As the market goes maturing gradually and the internal productive capacity of currency is strengthening, the currency policy, which takes the supplying amounts of currency as its medium target, tends to be weakened. In addition, the factors as the disadvantages of the running system and operating rules in the state owned enterprises and state owned banks, the underdevelopment of the financial market, the imperfect social security system and people's consuming ethic concepts in China, are conditioning the role played by the currency policy. Therefore, the limitation to the currency policy comes from not only the field of currency, but also the corresponding steps in substantive economy. In the period of currency shortening, as a matter of fact, the capital was not insufficient, but mainly stayed in the course of production and banks. Under this circumstance, the directive and effective way can only come from financial policy, while the currency policy can solve the problem of circulation means which economy needs.

On the Community Social Security and Institutional Innovation in Towns
Based on the understanding of dilemmas encountered by social security in towns, the thesis proposes that towns, as the transitional areas to urbanizations, must develop community social security by drawing lessons from experiences accumulated by metropolitans and carrying out institutional innovations. On the Comprehensiveness of the Traditional Chinese Xue-Shu(学术)
Xue Shus a term with Chinese Characteristics. When the ancient Chinese Xue Shu is discussed, an adjective, "traditional", is usually put before the term to distinguish it from that in modern China and the West. The major characteristic of the traditional Chinese Xue Shu is its' comprehensiveness. Firstly, it is subordinated to "Tao"; Secondly, it has a series of categories and terms different from the disciplines in the western learning. Most academic works in ancient China are encyclopaedic ones, with the principle and methodology of "exploring the nature human relations and understanding the historical evolutions from the ancient time to the present" running through. This comprehensiveness of the traditional Chinese Xue Shu is something with both advantages and disadvantages.

The Comparison of Confucius''''and Zi Xia''''s Poetics--On the Naming of the Poetics Bamboo Slips Collected in Shanghai Museum
According to historical documents, Confucius' poetics is standing on the point of culture and by the means of all kinds of metaphors, it reveals the ethic culture meanings of poems so as to enhance the readers' moral and knowledge level. Although Zi Xia accepts Confucius's ethic culture thinkings, he, for the different social condition and different congtive levels, from the perspective of politics, reveals the meaning of poems from the angle of social politics and social politic service. Comparing the historical documents and poetics bamboo slips collected in Shanghai Museum on the comments on concrete works, the standingpoints and methods in the poetics bamboo slips collected in Shanghai Museum are accordant with that of Confucius, so it is appropriate to name it as Confucius' Discussion of Book Songs.

On the Reasons of the Division of the Alliance betwwen the Former Soviet Union and China
In Feb,1950, China and the former Soviet Union signed Sino soviet Friendly Alliance's mutual Aid Treaty, which symbolized the establishment of alliance relationship between the two countries. From then on, they entered into a friendly and cooperative new period of time. However, after the twentieth party congress held by CPSU, differences between them rose up and intensified progressively, which caused all out confrontation and led to the division of their alliance in fact. The paper thinks, the conflict between former USSR's great power chauvinism and China's seeking for equality was the basical reason for the division; the seperation of internal affairs, which came from their respective exploration of the road to construct socialism was the principal reason; conflicts between their rational interests and strategic thought was the direct reason, and their arguement on ideology was the catalysis which led their alliamce to burst out.

On the Reasons for the Communist International''s Failure to Transform Its Policy on Chinese Revolution after the April 12th Incident
There are different reasons for the Communist International's failure to transform its policy on Chinese Revolution after the April 12th Incident. Firstly, Stalin, the chief leader of the Communist International was so far away from China that he didn't know clearly the fast changing reality of Chinese Revolution and the policy he proposed didn't suit the existing reality. Secondly, Roy and Bao Luo tin, both of whom were delegates of the Communist International were heavily divided on the fundamental issues about Chinese Revolution. Thirdly, Chen Du xiu carried out the Right Opportunism Line, gave up voluntarily the leadership of the proletariate in United Front and made concessions to the rightist of Kaomintang again and again.
