On the Relationship of Ugliness and Practice
This paper, through the discussion of the connotation of practice, analyzes the general principles of practice, which are that, practice leads to freedom and practice creates beauty. According to the above, it reveals the basic nature of ugliness, as the result of practice, anti freedom, and the different states of ugliness in all kinds of practice. It raises that the study of ugliness, which has the negative value in the field of aesthetics, has contributions to the understanding of the connotation of practice, freedom and creativity and their relationship so as to uncover the practice origin of aesthetics.

"The Comic" and "Humour" in the Sight of Practical Aesthetics
In modern chinese aesthetic course, "comedy nature", "the comic" and "humour" are not equal to "the comic" and "humour" in western aesthetics.In western aesthetic history, "humour" is mostly seen as a type of "the comic".However, in the sight of practical aesthetics, "the comic" and "humour" are defined separately and clearly, and become parts of the categories line of practical aesthetics. "humour" represents conformity with regularity and ends, results from the freedom of human practice. "the comic" represents unconformity with regularity and normal ends, results from the unfreedom of human practice.

Peasant Workers'' Living Condition and Future Destination under Institutional Changing Background
This article holds that Chinese peasant workers, as one of the outcomes of the reform and open policy, are facing a very awkward situation in cities. They are living on the edge of cities not only geographically but also culturally and are not accepted by the city inhabitants. There're many conflicts between them. On the other hand, however, peasant workers play an important role in the cities' development. So it's time to give the peasant workers a proper status and corresponding rights, which would be instructive to the social integration. In this process, it thinks, government should adapt tolerant attitude and administration thus to carry out new institutional reforms.

Mao Tsetung''s "Intermediate Zone" Theory and the Forming of Sino-Europe Geostrategic Relationship Pattern
The forming of Sino Europe geostrategic relationship pattern had its special historical process. With the extending of the colonialism system basing on the European center, China had been suffered a lot while it was brought into the world political economic system. Thus, many problems existed between Sino Europe traditional relationship. However, the bilateral relationship has changed remarkably after the collapse of the old colonialism system. As the two pillars of the Euro Asia continental geopolitics, the bilateral relationship was channeled by their deep-rooted geopolitical perspectives, including both their traditional cultural factors and the ideological differences. This article tries to analyze the connection between Mao Tsetung's "Intermediate Zone" theory and the forming of Sino Europe geostrategic relationship.

How Public Opinions Supervise Government: Comparison and Thought
How public opinions supervise government is not only a theoretical problem which is worthiy to be discussed, but also a practical problem which should be solved promptly in the public administrative management. This article probes into the mechanism in formation, the process in operation, the necessary conditions and the developing tendency of the public opinions when they supervise government through comparison and analysis. The basic conclusion of the article is that the existing patterns and functions of the public opinions supervising government have certain positive effects and limitations because of freedom of the press. The healthy development of the supervision must be necessarily based on the regulation and control of press so as to become informational and legally institutionalized.

The New-female Novel: "Post of Post" Humanist Spirit Construction——A Clarification of Some Misunderstandings towards the New-female Novel
As one of the most noticeable trends of novel creation in 1990's, the new female novel has aroused much controversy. This thesis aims to clarify some misunderstandings towards the new female novel. It thinks, the new female novel, influenced by feminism and nourished by the cultural resources of post modernism, must have certain features of post modernism, but it cannot be considered equal to post modernism. It is still a kind of grand narration about "liberation" on the whole. The new female novel is a personal, critical and reflective writing of the intellectuals rather than a commercial writing. Within the cultural context of present China, the new female novel may be seen as a "post of post" humanist spirit construction, or a humanist concern expressed fom the female cultural standpoint and by the female mode of discourse.

This thesis studies that the situation of the defensive soldier in the late Qing Dynasty and its evolvement. It explains that the defensive soldier then was a very important part of military forces and played key role in both external wars and regional public security. On Several Problems to Be Resolved for the Development of Commerce Chamber and Trade Association
One of the urgent problems that China is facing is how to develop commerce chamber and make full use of their function and role, so that they can meet the demands of the increase of market economy and the needs of the entry into the World Trade Organization. There are mainly four problems remaining to be resolved: to make clear the role of commerce chamber and trade association and to transfer power to a lower lever; to harmonize the relationship between commerce chamber, trade association and government sections; to intensify the standardization of the establishment and management of commerce chamber and trade association; to draw up law of commerce chamber and regulations of trade association which conform to the conditions of China.

Challenges and Decision of China''s Trade Association after the Entry into World Trade Organization
Since China's entry into World Trade Organization, the trade association has been facing severe challenges which mainly come from three aspects: the acceleration of the process of market orientation; the reform of government organization and the transformation of government function; the perfecting and upgrading of economic structure. These challenges have an overall and fundamentally decisive influence on the development and prospect of China's trade association. In order to fit in with the social development after the entry into World Trade Organization, China's trade association should devote major efforts to self renovation. By perfecting organizational systems and expanding management function, traditional trade association should enable itself to transfer from a closed and self discipline type to be an open and pioneering one.

The Exploration and Analysis to the Network Structure of Commerce Chamber during the Late Qing Dynasty and Early Republic of China (1902-1927)
During the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China the network structure of Chinese commerce chamber had mainly developed to maturity. In this stage all sorts of new mass organizations were set up one after another, especially commerce chamber. They not only developed in quantity so rapidly to nearly spread all over the country, but also enlisted other numerous new mass organizations around themselves. Therefore, on the one hand, the network structure of Chinese commerce chamber had accomplished the expansion of quantity in space-time, on the other hand, it not only made the organic structure of commerce chamber expand from grade 3 to 4, but also had perfected its gradation structure which took commerce chamber as the core. Its gradation structure included four sections which are the core?sub core?cooperation and borderline grades. Their status in the network structure of commerce chamber was gradually decreased.

The Culture, Literary Sense and Prose Style in the Southern Dynasty
The Southern Dynasty followed and developed the culture in the Eastern Jin Dynasty. As people then preferred the general mood of idle talk, the Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism emphasized on different points and they struggled with each other, while mixing together which became the mainstream at that time and inflnenced scholars' ways of life and their literary sense. The yuandao of the scholars' literary sense hadn't caused identical style of literature writing. The feature of literary reality which it was after, was combined with the seeking of value disposition and variety, which had affected the varied prose styles in the Southern Dynasty and caused the styles of writing to merge together with disposition at the same time.

The Difficult Choice of Enlightenment Thought in Ming and Qing Dynasty ——Taking Tang Xian-zu as an Example
Whether giving up fame pursuing to be a pure poet or not, is a quite difficult choice for Tang Xian zu even in his whole life. Because of his wandering between the two choices, Tang Xian zu cannot completely display his tenant, who wanted to build up an immoral career to pass on. This paper thinks that Tang Xian zu's difficult choice is also the reflection of the condition of the enlightment thought in Ming and Qing Dynasty, which was at the turning point from self conciousness to its opposite.

On “Representational Redescription Model”of Children''s Development: A Replacement or Rebellion to Piaget''s Theory?
After analyzing the basic hypothesis, main contents and the explanation for children domain development in "RR model", this paper shows that actually the model is to replace Piaget's stage (or structure) theory with equilibration as its explaining mechanism. But can "RR model" constitute a replacement or rebellion to Piaget's theory? Actually there are amazing similarities (at least implicit) between this model and Piaget's explaining theory. "RR model" is but expressed in modern "information processing" language, whose gist is from implicit program to explicit knowledge and gist of "grasp of consciousness" theory is transferring exterior action into (conscious) conceptualization, or conscious awareness to the result, purpose and mechanism of action.

It reveals that singing and the second timed creativity of accompaniment of piano is one of the essential links for education of vocal music. It is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of the consciousness and capability of cooperation of singing with accompaniment of piano.
