Formating New Rural Public Service System——Investigation And Study On Institution Unit Reform Of Township In Hubei Province
Through deep investigation and analysis of institution unit reform of township in Hubei province,this paper discusses the intrinsic logic and development direction of institution unit reform of township at the national level,recognizes this system is product of traditional management way of rural social affairs characterized by segmentation,plan and centralization,which does not accommodate with the peasant's increasing public demand and the need of rural market economy and social development.To adapt to rural market economy development,it points out that fundamental reform should be carried on to format a new rural public service system characterized by presant's demand orientation,government domination and multi-dimensional supplies.

This paper is mainly devoted to argue that the ultimate purpose of the reform of the enterprises and units in township(xiang zheng shi ye dan wei) is to provide fine public service for the development of agriculture,the rural area and to meet the demands of farmers.The stand-point and direction of the reform is to form a demands-oriented new public-service system.This paper,which based on the results of the questionnaire of the farmers on their public demands,goes deep into the analysis of the structure,features,and preferences of the demands of the farmers.Besides,it also discusses the way to fulfill the demands satisfactorily.Therefore,it paves the way for the further reform in future.

Fiscal Poverty Reduction In China: An Analysis Based On Regional Equilibrium
China started the developmental poverty reduction strategy in the year 1986 with clear regional orientation which was suitable at the time when there were large concentrated poor areas.Great achievements have been made and the regional equilibrium is positive.Although there are problems related to the strategy and adjustment is necessary as we enter a new time,it is not fair to blame all the problems on regional equilibrium or to demand that the rural poverty reduction project solve problems from all levels.With the newly emerged urban poverty brought by the reform of state-owned enterprises,the effective measures will be to improve the orientation of the strategy,strengthen its link with the macro-economic and social development strategy and measures.

The Evolution And Change Of The Chamber Of Suzhou In The Early Republic Of China
As a civilian association that founded by the merchant group,the chamber of Suzhou has got a series of progress in the Early Republic of China,which reflects that the civilian society has developed into a new history during the process that the traditional society turns into the modern one.the chamber of Suzhou is not only able to take new and urgent measures to adjust itself with the new situation that the Revolution of 1911 has succeeded to change the regime and develop itself further better,but also it makes its selection system so perfect that the selection has become more expansive and democratic.However,the chamber of Suzhou is active to found the new institution,such as the Commercial Arbitrary Organ,which shows that the chamber of Suzhou play a very important role in dealing with the business cases.At the same time,what is more important is that the chamber of Suzhou stands its point in the anti-imperialist movement-The May 4th Patriotic Movement and has a great influence upon the society.

After Sino-Japanese War,in order to promote the social economy restoration and development,the chamber of commerce had jointly established the Republic of China chamber of commerce federation.After founded,the federation positively held the domestic products exposition and developed the overseas market,and took all kinds of measures to promote social economy restoration and development,simultaneously hoped to participate national politics through the legitimate way. The Chamber Of Commerce Of Wuxi And The Destroy Of The Organization For Saving The Nation In 1929
In the early July,during the organization for saving the nation of Wuxi checking and detaining merchandises,a strife happened between the organization and the local merchants.The organization claimed its office was destroyed by merchants.When two merchants were arrested by the county government,the merchants of thirteen trades began to strike after several failed pleas.Lastly,with the help of the chamber of commerce's adjudication,the Wuxi county government acceded the merchants' requirement,and the latter terminated the strike.Base on this strife, this article studies the contradiction between the anti-Japanese organization and local merchants.During the course of dealing with conflict,we also can find the important role of the chamber of commerce.

Hu Shi's theory of literature historical evolution represents one of the most influential literature historical view in the 20th century.The viewpoints cannot accurately describe the history of Chinese literature,such as,spoken Chinese is the evolution of classical Chinese;the Chinese literature history is the transformation history of language in literature;the development of language shows the evolution of minds;the development of literature and the development of human nature is synchronous,etc.As a matter of fact,the theory of evolution,being brought into social sciences to generalize the development of society,is not scientific,and using the theory as a basic one to clear out the clues for Chinese literature development and moving regulation is also not scientific.We must try to seek another way to reveal the regulation of Chinese literature development.
